Flat Rate Shipping of $6.95 on all US, Ground orders.  Orders over $150.00 receive FREE shipping! (Available on US, Ground Delivery only.)

Rush orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air. Our Rush Shipping Rates are based on the amount of your purchase as outlined below:

How do I return my product?
  Our Easy-to-Return process takes only a few minutes!
(PLEASE NOTE: All bridal, bridesmaid and flower girl dresses are made-to-order and are final sales. This is the policy of the manufacturer.)

3 Easy Steps
  1. Fill out our Return Form or call (866) 716-9899.
  2. You will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number. Print out that form and include it with your return.
  3. When we receive your item(s) your account will be credited within 1-2 business days!  
It is that easy!

  • We suggest you insure your return package, as we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged in return shipment.
  • No refund will be given for damaged items due to poor packaging.
  • The package must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • Bridesmaid dresses and garments are made-to-order and are not returnable.
