We want our brides to receive their accessories as quickly as possible. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day. All bridal accessory orders are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer a Worldwide Standard shipping option that delivers within 10-15 business days* for a fee of $25. Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand have an additional $5 fee. Shipping fees to Canada are $18. Please note that additional delays may occur in customs. These delays are out of our control and may push deliver outside of the provided time frame. Need it sooner? All items in an order must be shipped at the same time (regardless of stock status). We do not guarantee shipping to foreign countries. We cannot trace a package once it is handed off to your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country. Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country. If you are unsure of what tariff or tax may be in your country, please contact your local postal service.

My package is unable to be delivered to my address. Can you please reship?
We use the shipping addresses provided us to send out packages to our brides. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, additional shipping fees of $5 are required to reship your order. Please contact us for further assistance.


My order is over $500, what does this mean for me?
We ship all of our orders with care and securely through various shipping levels. For orders valued at $500 or more, customers are responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
  How do I make a return?
We feel confident that you'll love your USABride bridal accessory purchase. In case you're not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full product refund. Simply include a copy of your packing slip or order with your return and mail back to:

All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the package is received, your credit card will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, simply make another purchase for a new item and send back the item you are looking to return with the information listed above. Once we receive your returned item, your credit card will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
