When you go to visit a baker, there's lot more to do
besides just tasting cakes! You need to consider and discuss with your baker the
following...
- Your style and preferences
- Your budget
- Is the cake going to be the only dessert served?
You want to think about your menu and choose a cake or
dessert that will compliment your menu.
- What time of year are you getting married?
- Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

many bakers have restrictions on certain items, such as no butter cream frosting!
